DRESSCODE:

The dress code will be, at least, black colored.
We accept: militar, fetish, leather, látex, fetish costume, elegant, nude…
Friday and saturday mandatory dresscode.
Thursday and sunday dresscode the dresscode will be more lax, but always within a minium. No shorts, colorful sneakers, or sandals allowed.

1. Access to the Club of under-aged is not allowed in any case.

2. The possession, trafficking or use of illegal drugs within the Club, and any of the activities it sponsors, will be punished by immediate expulsion of the person who has offered and / or the person that would benefit from such services.

3. Prostitution or any BDSM relationship for money within the Club and among its members or visitors, will be punished by immediate expulsion of the person who has offered and / or person that would benefit from such services.

4. We recomend a moderate use of alcoholic beverages within the Club and especially before using the dungeon.

5. Except on special occasions and with the permission of the Director of the Club, still cameras or recorders image within the Club grounds are not allowed.

6. The practice of scat is not allowed anywhere in the Club. All types of games using electricity require approval from the Club who allow this, and will not be responsible for any damage caused in any case.

7. The Club is committed to the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility. The only responsibility, however, lies in the hands of those who use them.

8. In the event of a spill of liquids or bodily fluids as blood, urine or semen is advised to address Club or who is behind the bar. The direction Club has the right to stop an activity, like the right of admission.

9 . The activities of the Club, its members, guests and visitors are subject to the basis of a sensible, safe and consensual play left out of all these type of practice of violence or aggression, both physical and psychological.

10. Both the direction and the Club members and their guests agree to maintain the anonymity of all those with whom they are, and the activities performed in facilities outside the scope of these and Club itself. Likewise, both the direction and the Club members and guests will be governed by this rule elegance discretion as between practitioners of BDSM.

11. The dungeon is used for BDSM activities. It is not allowed to drink in it. Who wants to watch activities must do so behind the window and not inside the dungeon.

12. To preserve the privacy of the users of the Club, the access to data of different record books is reserved exclusively to the Club address, respecting the law protecting data.

13. Because instruments and facilities can be shared and that some practices involve risks, it would be desirable to communicate illness, physical, mental or other problems, which may result in incompatibility with the practice of BDSM. To preserve the confidentiality of this information should be informed to the address club and playing partner. Knowing this information can help solving possible mishaps and even avoid them.

14. The member is obliged to observe hygienic conditions. After use, the dungeon should be in good hygiene and use.

15. It is the obligation of the members to inform when they are accompanied by a new person to the club to fill in the form and become members paying the fee of 10 euros per year.

16. The use of the mobile phone to take pictures in the club is prohibited.

17. Failure to comply with the regulations may lead to the inability to become part of the association.

18. It is mandatory to make a contribution in the form of minimum consumption on each visit to the club. DRESSCODE:

El código de vestimenta será mínimo color negro.

Viernes y sábados dresscode obligatorio.
Jueves y domingos el dresscode será mas laxo, pero siempre dentro de unos mínimos. No se admiten bermudas, zapatillas deportivas de colores, ni sandalias.

NORMATIVA LEGAL DEL CLUB:

1.  No se permite el acceso al Club a menores de 18 años en ningún caso.

2.  La tenencia, tráfico o consumo de drogas ilegales dentro del Club, y de cualquiera de las actividades que este patrocine, serán sancionados con la expulsión inmediata de la persona que ha ofrecido y/o de la persona que se beneficiaría de dichos servicios.

3.  La prostitución, o cualquier tipo de relación BDSM a cambio de dinero dentro del Club y entre sus socios, serán sancionados con la expulsión inmediata de la persona que ha ofrecido y/o de la persona que se beneficiaría de dichos servicios.

4. Se recomienda un uso moderado de bebidas alcohólicas dentro de las instalaciones del Club y principalmente antes de usar la mazmorra.

5. Salvo en ocasiones especiales y con el permiso de la Dirección del Club, no se permiten cámaras de fotografía o grabadoras de imagen dentro del recinto del Club.

6. La práctica del scat y la automasturbación en solitario (pajearse) no se permiten en ningún sitio del Club. Todo tipo de juegos de lluvia dorada o que requieran de electricidad requerirán la aprobación de la Dirección del Club quién en caso de permitirlo no se hace responsable de posibles daños causados en ningún caso.

7. El Club se compromete al mantenimiento y a la limpieza de las instalaciones. La responsabilidad única, sin embargo, está en manos de quienes las utilizan.

8. La Dirección del Club tiene el derecho de parar una actividad , al igual que el derecho de admisión al Club.

9. Las actividades del Club, de sus socios, invitados y visitantes se rigen por la base de un juego sensato, seguro y consensuado quedando fuera de estas todo tipo de práctica de violencia o agresión, tanto física como psicológica.

10. Tanto  la Dirección del Club como los socios y sus invitados se comprometen a mantener el anonimato de todas aquellas personas con quienes se encuentren, y las actividades que realicen en las instalaciones, fuera de estas y del ámbito del propio Club. Así mismo, tanto  la Dirección del Club como los socios e invitados, se regirán por esta discreción como norma de elegancia entre practicantes de BDSM.

11. La mazmorra queda reservada para las actividades BDSM. No está permitido beber en ella. Quién quiera observar actividades deberá hacerlo sin molestar ni causar acoso.

12. Para preservar la intimidad de los usuarios del Club, el acceso a los datos de los diferentes libros de registro está reservado, única y exclusivamente, a la Dirección del Club, respetando siempre la ley de protección de datos.

13. Debido a que instrumentos e instalaciones pueden compartirse y que algunas prácticas conllevan riesgos, sería deseable comunicar enfermedades, problemas físicos, mentales u otros, susceptibles de acarrear incompatibilidades con la práctica del BDSM. Para preservar la confidencialidad de esta información ello debería comunicarse a la Dirección del club y a la pareja de juego. El conocimiento de dicha información puede ayudar a la solución de posibles percances e incluso a evitarlos.

14. El socio está obligado a observar unas condiciones de higiene. Tras su utilización, la mazmorra o la zona de juego debe quedar en óptimas condiciones de higiene y uso por su parte.

15. Es obligación de los socios informar cuando vengan acompañados de una persona nueva al club para que rellenen la ficha y se hagan socios pagando la cuota de 10 euros anuales. 

16.  El uso del teléfono móvil para realizar fotografías tanto en la mazmorra como en el resto de instalaciones, queda prohibido.

17. El incumplimiento de la normativa puede conllevar la imposibilidad de volver a formar parte de la asociación.

18. Es obligatorio hacer una aportación en forma de consumición mínima en cada visita al club.

ç19. No esta permitido el pago de las consumiciones o el alta a la asociación mediante pago con tarjeta.
